The lack of clear signage at Olympia MRT station is frustrating!!! Shuttle bus service needs improvement to assist hotel guests from the station. Also, the absence of a restaurant and swimming pool is disappointing!!!

The exceptional ambiance and size of the room made my stay comfortable. The city view from the window added a nice touch, enhancing the experience of staying here. The easy access to the nearby waterfront was a delightful bonus, perfect for evening strolls.

I was blown away by my Superior King Room, which was HUGE with high ceilings and gorgeous wooden finishes. The bathroom? Absolute perfection, featuring a walk-in shower and a bathtub that offers a lovely view! Plus, the complimentary drinks in the executive lounge were such a delightful treat after a long day!

We love the location. it's in a quiet corner of Kowloon with a lovely sea view. The staff is incredibly friendly and provides outstanding service. Our room was spacious and comfortable, making our stay very enjoyable.

Nothing it is perfect.

I loved the spaciousness of my Superior King Room. the size is almost unheard of in Hong Kong. High ceilings and polished wooden finishes create a luxurious feel. The bathroom is stunning with a walk-in shower and a separate bathtub that offers a great view. Breakfast provided a delightful continental spread, with quality food like ham, cheeses, and great coffee, although I wished for more variety. The service was impeccable, from check-in to room handling. One issue was the weak air conditioning. it took too long to cool down the room. The location felt a bit tucked away, and it was confusing to navigate to the hotel from the MRT, especially with limited signage. Overall, it’s a nice place for a quiet stay, but some small improvements could elevate the experience tremendously.
